This is a story that needs to be told!  Two young people creating a conservancy with their Maasai partners that hosts a holistic land management training centre and a sustainable beef operation – one that produces healthy animals while restoring soils and wildlife habitat and generating above-market returns for the Maasai. The forage produced on Enonkishu conservancy this year – a drought year – was so impressive that Maasai from surrounding conservancies have asked to join in too. Is this the beginning of the long hoped-for restoration of the Mara, and of saving the Maasai culture?  It’s exciting to think so.
